One of the impacts of the coronavirus is that it has created a mental health epidemic in the workplace. Company leaders have reported increased levels of anxiety and stress as they cope with uncertainty and constant changes. But women in leadership roles face additional challenges and stressors, as many of them have the added responsibility of caring for a family.
In times of stress, women respond by reaching out and connecting with others as a way to find balance and alleviate their anxiety. Dr. Bridbord created the Women’s Leadership Circle to provide women executives with a therapeutic outlet to discuss their concerns, fears, and challenges with their peers.
This bio-behavioral program is a group coaching platform conducted on Zoom and facilitated by Dr. Bridbord. It includes:
Individual Assessments
Each program begins with an intake assessment of each participant to identify goals, challenges, and backgrounds. She ensures that the members of the group complement one another to create an environment conducive to healthy interpersonal communication and relationships.
Weekly Sessions
Groups consist of 6 to 8 women executives and span for 10 to 12 weeks. Dr. Bridbord has produced exceptional results with the Women’s Leadership Circle for both small and large companies, including JPMorgan Chase for many years.
Implementation
Dr. Bridbord creates a safe space where women leaders feel comfortable to express their concerns and discuss challenges related to their professional and personal lives. She helps program participants reduce overwhelm and strike a healthy work-life balance.
Management Coaching
Through group sessions, Dr. Bridbord addresses key workplace and management issues, such as leading in times of crisis, building and managing effective teams, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and creating healthy organizational cultures.
